According to Mr. Tran The Thuan, compared to their peers, students in the field of Culture and Sports, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds, always have to make many times more efforts to pursue their studies and training. The leaders of the Department of Culture and Sports hope that the cars will motivate and help the students to study with peace of mind, nurture their ambitions and develop their future careers. From there, they will become artists, athletes and coaches who will contribute positively to the development of the City.
