Following Storm No. 9 (Ragasa), Storm Bualoi approaches the East Sea.

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, with the formation of storm No. 10 (Bualoi), the East Sea is at risk of being hit by two storms at the same time.

On the afternoon of September 24, the National Civil Defense Steering Committee issued Document No. 04/BCĐ-BNNMT to the People's Committees of 21 provinces and cities (from Quang Ninh to An Giang ), requesting proactive response to storm Bualoi near the East Sea.

According to the Department of Agriculture and Environment , a storm with the international name Bualoi is currently active in the East Sea of ​​the Philippines.

At 7:00 a.m. today (September 24), the eye of the storm was at about 9.8 degrees North latitude; 132.4 degrees East longitude; the strongest wind near the eye of the storm was level 9, gusting to level 11. It is forecasted that around the night of September 26, storm Bualoi will enter the eastern sea area of ​​the central East Sea, becoming storm number 10.

To proactively respond to the above storm, the National Civil Defense Steering Committee recommends that provinces and cities (Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Hung Yen, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Tri, Hue city, Da Nang, Quang Ngai, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Khanh Hoa, Lam Dong, Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Thap, Vinh Long, Can Tho city, Ca Mau, An Giang) closely monitor warning bulletins, forecasts and developments of the storm.

Along with that, provinces and cities proactively notify captains and owners of vehicles and boats anchored at ports or operating at sea to proactively prevent and have appropriate production plans, ensuring safety of people and property; maintain communication to promptly handle bad situations that may occur; be ready with forces and means to deploy rescue work when situations arise.

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, Storm No. 9 (Ragasa) is currently 620km away from Quang Ninh. It is forecasted that its next path will be towards the Quang Ninh - Hai Phong areas of our country at noon on September 25. Thus, with the formation of Storm No. 10 (Bualoi), the East Sea is at risk of being hit by two storms at the same time.
