The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directs the heads of departments, agencies, and public service units under the province, the Chairmen of the People's Committees of districts and cities, and the directors of state-owned enterprises under the province's management to be responsible, based on their functions, duties, powers, and areas of management, for strictly implementing the regime of periodic, thematic, and ad hoc reporting on inspection work, citizen reception, handling of complaints and denunciations, and prevention and combat of corruption and negative practices.
Implement the use of the software for reporting on inspection work, receiving citizens, resolving complaints and denunciations, and preventing and combating corruption and negative practices of the Government Inspectorate ; ensure account security and data safety of the software during use.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigns the Chief Inspector of the province to periodically compile, under the authorization of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, quarterly reports on inspection work, citizen reception, handling of complaints and denunciations, and prevention and combat of corruption and negative practices in Tuyen Quang province, and to send them to the Government Inspectorate and the Provincial People's Committee as prescribed. For specialized and ad hoc reports, these shall be prepared according to the directives and requirements of the Government Inspectorate and the Provincial People's Committee.

Managing and using the consolidated account for inspection work, citizen reception, complaint and denunciation resolution, and anti-corruption efforts of the Provincial People's Committee on the reporting software in accordance with regulations.
