On August 19, nationwide, inauguration and groundbreaking ceremonies for 250 projects and works were held at 80 locations to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, September 2.

Speaking at the ceremony, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh noted that the investment capital is spread across the three regions of the North - Central - South, spanning all fields of economy - society, science and technology, digital transformation, national defense - security, foreign affairs, health, education, sports, culture, social security, etc.

Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh said that up to now, Hanoi has 8 bridges across the Red River and Ngoc Hoi Bridge is one of 7 bridges that the city plans to start construction in 2025 to strengthen connectivity with provinces in the capital region.

General Luong Tam Quang, Minister of Public Security, emphasized that Gia Binh International Airport is a national key project with a particularly important role in the overall planning system of airports and airfields nationwide, and is positioned as a strategic dual-use airport for the Capital Region.
