The new Bac Ninh province will 'welcome' two dry ports worth more than 1,800 billion VND

According to the Bac Giang Provincial Portal, on the afternoon of June 30, the Bac Giang Provincial People's Committee granted decisions approving investment policies, investors and investment registration certificates to projects implemented in the province.

Specifically, Deputy Head of the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Bac Giang Province Nguyen Xuan Ngoc announced the investment registration certificate for the project to develop a ready-built factory, warehouse and office for lease in Soilbuild Bac Giang for SB Company Limited.

The project is implemented at lot CN.03 and CN.04, Yen Lu Industrial Park, Bac Giang City with a land use area of over 16 hectares. The total registered investment capital is nearly 1,600 billion VND.

Afterwards, Mr. Ngoc also announced the investment registration certificate granted to the Zhishang Vietnam 2 new materials factory project of Heng Li New Materials Vietnam Co., Ltd.

The project is implemented at Lot L, Quang Chau Industrial Park, Viet Yen town with an area of nearly 96 hectares. Total investment capital is over 979 billion VND.

Deputy Director of the provincial Department of Finance Vu Van Cuong also announced the decision to approve the investment policy and approve the investor for the Dong Son dry port project invested by Lach Huyen Port Investment Joint Stock Company with a land use area of about 17 hectares. The total investment capital is more than 1,150 billion VND.

Next is the Sen Ho dry port project invested by Nam Ha Noi Urban and Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company with a land use area of nearly 200 hectares. The total investment capital is nearly 700 billion VND.

Vice Chairman of Bac Giang Provincial People's Committee Pham Van Thinh expressed that tomorrow (July 1), the two provinces of Bac Ninh and Bac Giang will officially merge into Bac Ninh province (new) with larger administrative and economic stature.

Emphasizing that the 4 projects that were granted decisions and certificates are of great significance in the industrial and service development strategy of Bac Giang province at present and Bac Ninh province (new), he requested relevant departments and localities to continue to guide and support investors in completing procedures after approval of the policy, shortening the implementation time and ensuring compliance with regulations.
