According to the Bac Giang Provincial Electronic Information Portal, on the afternoon of June 30th, the Bac Giang Provincial People's Committee issued decisions approving investment policies, investors, and investment registration certificates for projects to be implemented in the province.

Specifically, Nguyen Xuan Ngoc, Deputy Head of the Management Board of Industrial Zones in Bac Giang province, announced the investment registration certificate for the Soilbuild Bac Giang project, which involves the development of ready-built factory, warehouse, and office space for rent, to SB Co., Ltd.

The project is being implemented on plots CN.03 and CN.04, Yen Lu Industrial Park, Bac Giang City, with a land area of over 16 hectares. The total registered investment capital is nearly 1,600 billion VND.

Subsequently, Mr. Ngoc also announced the investment registration certificate awarded to the Zhishang Vietnam 2 new materials factory project of Heng Li New Materials Vietnam Co., Ltd.

The project is being implemented in Lot L, Quang Chau Industrial Park, Viet Yen town, covering an area of nearly 96 hectares. The total investment capital is over 979 billion VND.

Deputy Director of the Provincial Department of Finance, Vu Van Cuong, also announced the decision approving the investment policy and the investor for the Dong Son inland port project, with Lach Huyen Port Investment Joint Stock Company as the investor, covering an area of approximately 17 hectares. The total investment capital is over 1,150 billion VND.

Next is the Sen Ho dry port project, invested by Nam Ha Noi Infrastructure and Urban Development Joint Stock Company, with a land area of nearly 200 hectares and a total investment of nearly 700 billion VND.

According to Pham Van Thinh, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Giang province, tomorrow (July 1st), the two provinces of Bac Ninh and Bac Giang will officially merge into the (new) Bac Ninh province, with a larger administrative and economic scale.

The newly established Bac Ninh province is located in the Northern key economic region, serving as the northeastern gateway to Hanoi. Bac Ninh, along with Hanoi, Hai Phong, and Quang Ninh, forms a continuous chain of socio-economic development in the region…

Emphasizing that the four projects for which decisions and certificates were granted are of significant importance in the current industrial and service development strategy of Bac Giang province and the (new) Bac Ninh province, he requested relevant departments and localities to continue guiding and supporting investors in completing procedures after approval of the policy, shortening implementation time, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Investors implement projects on schedule, with quality, and in compliance with the law. They proactively mobilize financial, technical, and human resources and coordinate closely with relevant agencies.
