Realizing the orientation of anti-waste, increasing savings, utilizing resources, effectively exploiting Party and State resources in enterprises, besides the hydropower sector, Mai Chau Hydropower Joint Stock Company focuses on exploiting land, investing in tourism development in Hoa Binh and Mai Chau.

In particular, Hoa Binh is a locality with very favorable conditions for tourism development with waterfalls, lakes, and islands. The locality also identifies tourism as a key economic sector and strives to become a tourist attraction in the near future. Furthermore, it is expected that there will be a highway from Hoa Binh to Moc Chau, the time from Hanoi to Moc Chau will only take more than 1 hour, which will be very convenient for travel.
