The contest aims to promote the 93-year history of building and developing the Party's Propaganda sector. Thereby, helping cadres, party members and people of all walks of life understand and perceive more fully and deeply the Party's Propaganda sector; and the role of Propaganda work in the Vietnamese revolutionary cause under the leadership of the Party.
The contest takes place from July 17 to August 6, corresponding to 3 contest weeks: Week 1, from July 17-23; Week 2, from July 24-30; Week 3, from July 31-August 6.
Each week, the Organizing Committee will give a number of multiple choice questions about the history of the Propaganda sector; functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Propaganda sector; some outstanding characteristics, requirements, and tasks of the Propaganda sector in the current period...
The contest is aimed at the following subjects: cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, workers; soldiers of the armed forces; union members, members of political and social organizations; people of all walks of life (except members of the Organizing Committee and Secretariat of the contest).

The contest organizers encourage and request reporters at all levels and grassroots propagandists to promote a sense of responsibility and actively respond to participate in the contest.
The prize structure for each week of the competition includes: 1 First prize, worth 3,000,000 VND; 2 Second prizes, each worth 2,000,000 VND; 3 Third prizes, each worth 1,000,000 VND; 5 Consolation prizes, each worth 500,000 VND.
In addition to the prize money, the winning individuals will receive a certificate from the Organizing Committee of the competition.
