The entire province has more than 3,000 cultural and artistic clubs.

Currently, there are more than 3,000 cultural and artistic clubs throughout the province, encompassing over 60 different types of activities.

The cultural and artistic movement in the province has developed vigorously, with many exemplary models being replicated in recent times, such as: folk art clubs, traditional Cheo (traditional opera) clubs, Ca Tru (traditional singing) clubs, folk music and singing clubs, family art clubs, cultural family clubs, poetry and literature clubs, etc. To support and enhance the effectiveness of these clubs, the Provincial Cultural Center and the Cultural and Sports Centers of districts and cities have organized many training programs, festivals, and cultural and artistic exchanges. In addition, localities are promoting the socialization of mass art activities; mobilizing people, organizations, and individuals to actively participate in preserving and promoting the value of cultural heritage.

The effective operation of cultural and artistic clubs has contributed to improving the spiritual life of the people and fulfilling the criteria for building culturally advanced residential areas.
