Politburo member, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Political Academy, and Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council Nguyen Xuan Thang; Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee Hoang Trung Dung; Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department Phan Xuan Thuy; Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Political Academy Le Van Loi; and Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee Tran The Dung chaired the seminar.
Speaking at the seminar, Politburo member, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Political Academy, and Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council Nguyen Xuan Thang emphasized: The life, glorious revolutionary career, and immense contributions of Comrade Tran Phu are a precious legacy, weaving together the glorious golden history of the Party. His example of revolutionary morality, the noble spirit of a communist soldier, his unwavering loyalty, and his indomitable will forever shine brightly, serving as an inspiration for generations of cadres, Party members, and people of all walks of life.
The seminar is a practical activity aimed at reviewing the noble and glorious revolutionary life of Comrade Tran Phu - the first General Secretary of the Party, an outstanding son of the Vietnamese nation and his hometown of Ha Tinh, who dedicated his entire life to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation. The activity contributes to expressing the profound gratitude of today's generations for Comrade Tran Phu's contributions to the victory of the revolutionary cause, and helps educate cadres, Party members, and all strata of the people, especially the younger generation, about revolutionary traditions and ideals.
According to Hoang Trung Dung, Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee: "The steadfast revolutionary moral example of Comrade Tran Phu - the first General Secretary of the Party - is a great motivation for the Party Committee and people of Ha Tinh to overcome all difficulties and hardships, and to achieve many important results. This conference is an opportunity for Ha Tinh to continue to promote the traditions of the homeland, awaken revolutionary spirit, and be determined to build the province into an increasingly prosperous, beautiful, and civilized place, contributing to building a prosperous and happy Vietnam."
The Organizing Committee of the Conference received more than 50 reports and papers from leaders of the Party and State, central and local agencies and departments, Ha Tinh province, and scientists.
At the seminar, delegates focused on clarifying the main contents: Comrade Tran Phu's transformation from a patriotic youth into a communist, dedicating himself to the revolutionary cause of the nation; Comrade Tran Phu - the first General Secretary of the Party; Comrade Tran Phu - a steadfast and indomitable communist; Comrade Tran Phu - an outstanding disciple of President Ho Chi Minh, an exemplary son of the Vietnamese nation and his homeland of Ha Tinh; and promoting the revolutionary spirit of Comrade Tran Phu in the current revolutionary period...
