In the coming time, the General Department of Defense Industry will continue to promote the dissemination and implementation of Resolution 3488 to each unit, Party cell, and Party member, so that each cadre and Party member can truly be imbued with the ideology, breakthrough, innovation in thinking, methods, ways of thinking, new ways of doing things, creating a new atmosphere for science and technology development, innovation, and creativity in the unit and the General Department; strengthen training and self-training of scientific and technical staff to meet the increasingly high requirements for scientific and technological research; promote research, design, and manufacture of weapons and technical equipment products.
