Attending the dress rehearsal were Dr. Le Doan Hop – Former Minister of Information and Communications, Head of the program's organizing committee; People's Artist Le Tien Tho – Former Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, program director, along with a large number of artists participating in the program.
The "Source of Folk Songs and Melodies" program aims to pay tribute to five talented musicians from Nghe An province: Nguyen Van Ty, Nguyen An Thuyen, Nguyen Trong Tao, Nguyen Tai Tue, and Hong Dang.

The program showcased representative songs that represent a small part of the vast musical legacy of five late composers, including: "A Heartfelt Song of Ha Tinh," "Lingering Echoes," and "Mother Loves Her Child" by composer Nguyen Van Ty; "Dreaming of Home," "The Song in the Pac Bo Forest," and "Far from Shore " by composer Nguyen Tai Tue; "The Sea Sings This Afternoon," "Milk Flower," and "Memories of the Night" by composer Hong Dang; "Song of the Homeland River," "My Quan Ho Village," and "The Eyes of the Ferryman " by composer Nguyen Trong Tao; and "Listening to the Boatman's Song at Night, Remembering Uncle Ho," "Anchoring at the Homeland's Wharf," and "I Choose This Path" by composer An Thuyen…
