On the evening of April 23, at the Old Quarter stage of Dong Van town, the Organizing Committee of the 10th Dong Van District Khen Festival in 2025 conducted a general rehearsal of the art program for the Opening Ceremony. Attending were leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, leaders of Dong Van district and representatives of Ha Giang Radio and Television Station - the unit that conducts livestream on digital platform for the program.
