Ho Chi Minh City will have the tallest twin towers in Vietnam.

On May 13th, Masterise Homes, a member of Masterise Group, officially launched One Central Saigon tower, located opposite Ben Thanh Market, and ranking among the tallest twin towers in Vietnam.

Located directly opposite Ben Thanh Market, with four facades facing Pham Ngu Lao, Calmette, Le Thi Hong Gam, and Pho Duc Chinh streets (formerly in District 1), Masterise Homes' One Central Saigon project is considered to possess one of the most strategic locations in Ho Chi Minh City today.

Developed on an 8,537 ^m² plot of land, One Central Saigon comprises two towers rising above a commercial and service podium, offering 19,990 ^m² of commercial space spread across 7 above-ground floors and 6 basement floors. The project is among the tallest twin towers in Vietnam and the region, reaching 56 stories in height.

In particular, the basement system is directly connected to Ben Thanh metro station via an underground corridor, allowing the shopping center to integrate with the city's public transportation network.

According to the developer, the most special highlight of this complex is the first-ever appearance of the luxury hotel brand The Ritz-Carlton in Ho Chi Minh City. The integrated ecosystem here includes The Ritz-Carlton Residences, featuring luxury apartments with "gold standards" in service.

The Ritz-Carlton hotel boasts 231 ultra-luxury rooms. The nearly 20,000 ^m² premium shopping center is envisioned as a luxury retail space on par with major centers in Paris or Bangkok.

The project has been revived after years of halted construction.
