Nha Trang City works with pervert who shows off his "private parts" to girls

On the afternoon of May 12, Mr. Nguyen Van Minh, Vice Chairman of Nha Trang City People's Committee (Khanh Hoa Province), said that the authorities had found the man who had committed perverted acts in front of girls on the beach as reported by SGGP Newspaper.

Currently, the authorities are taking statements and continuing to clarify the case for handling according to regulations.

Previously, on Facebook, many posts appeared with the same content "accusing" a man of perverted behavior on the beach of Nha Trang city.

This man often appears at the rocky beaches near the Hon Chong - Hon Do scenic area. When he sees girls visiting and taking pictures, he shows off his "private parts", making locals and tourists angry.

Mr. Nguyen Van Minh added that Nha Trang City People's Committee has requested relevant units to coordinate with localities to arrange forces, increase patrols, and prevent similar incidents from happening.

Hon Chong - Hon Do scenic spot is located on the shore of Nha Trang Bay, ranked as a national monument in 1998. With its unique natural scenery, this area often attracts many young people to visit when coming to the coastal city.
