Pleiku City evaluates and classifies 22 OCOP products in 2024

(GLO)- On the morning of December 28, the Economic Department of Pleiku City (Gia Lai Province) organized the evaluation and classification of OCOP products in 2024.

This evaluation and classification round has 6 participating units with 22 products in the food, beverage, medicinal and agricultural processing industries.

All products are evaluated and classified to meet 3-star OCOP classification standards, with typical products such as: refined bird's nest, medicinal tea bags, pure gac oil, pork sausage, dried beef, rice products, passion fruit juice, natural honey and natural soap from coconut.

The conference took place on December 28 and 29. Products were evaluated based on criteria of quality, product story, uniqueness, market accessibility and production standards.

Products that meet the criteria will be recognized and ranked; thereby, contributing to enhancing brand value, expanding consumer markets and promoting sustainable economic development in Pleiku City.
