The contest is organized to widely propagate, raise awareness, political ideology, create unity of action within the Party, consensus in society; arouse patriotism, self-reliance, self-strengthening, national pride. This is also a practical activity towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
The content focuses on the history of the National Congresses of the Communist Party of Vietnam ; the key points and strategic breakthroughs; the major policies and orientations of the congresses; the outstanding, impressive achievements and historical significance of the country after each year of implementing the renovation process; the results of 3 years of implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the 10-year Socio-Economic Development Strategy 2021 - 2030; new policies and orientations in the draft political report submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; major policies and orientations in the leadership and direction of the Party and General Secretary To Lam to bring the country into a new era, an era of rising up of the Vietnamese people.
Participants are reporters at all levels and core propagandists at the grassroots level; cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, workers; soldiers of the armed forces; union members and members of socio-political organizations; people from all walks of life at home and abroad.
The contest takes place in the form of an online test on the Reporter's General Information Website (https://baocaovien.vn) and the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Information System (https://tuyengiaodanvan.vn).
The competition duration includes 3 weeks:
Week 1: from November 7 to November 14, 2025.
Week 2: from November 15 to November 21, 2025.
Week 3: from November 22 to November 28, 2025.
The Competition's summary and award ceremony is expected to take place in December 2025.
Each week, there will be 1 First Prize (VND 2 million), 2 Second Prizes (VND 1.5 million/prize), 3 Third Prizes (VND 1 million/prize) and 5 Encouragement Prizes (VND 500,000/prize). In addition, the Organizing Committee will award collective prizes to localities and units with a large number and percentage of participants and creative and diverse forms of implementation.
The results of the competition and the list of winners are announced on the Reporter's website and the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Information System. In addition to the cash prize, the winners will also receive the Contest's Logo.
The Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee requested the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and socio-political organizations, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee at all levels, the Party Building Committee, and the City's press agencies to actively propagate and mobilize cadres, party members, union members, members, soldiers of the armed forces and people to participate in the contest.
In particular, the core team of reporters and propagandists needs to promote their role in spreading and attracting a large number of cadres, party members and people to participate in the contest. The City's press agencies should step up propaganda and report on the implementation, launch and results of the contest.
