From concrete road construction projects, school campus renovations to charitable works such as free haircuts, visiting families with meritorious services... all leave a deep impression in the hearts of the people.

In Bang Mac commune, soldiers, together with the Party Committee, government and people, poured nearly 1.4km of rural concrete roads, transported more than 100m3 of soil and rocks, installed 18 culverts, contributing to completing the infrastructure, creating favorable conditions for people to travel and develop production. Comrade Phung Van Nghia, Secretary of the Party Committee of Bang Mac commune, was moved to say: "In less than a month, the soldiers have helped us complete a meaningful rural road project. People are very touched, not only by the enthusiasm but also by the proper, close and polite attitude of the soldiers".
In Lang Giang and Kep communes, soldiers of Division 3 cleared and cleaned the communal People's Committee grounds, village cultural houses, playgrounds, vegetable gardens, and school fruit gardens, with a total area of 27,900 square meters. Teacher Nguyen Thi Kim Thanh, Principal of Kep Kindergarten, shared: “They are friends and relatives of our teachers. When they come to school, they fix up the playground, paint, clean, and work from early morning to late afternoon, always cheerfully. The seemingly quiet summer days suddenly become bustling and unusually fresh.”

Not only focusing on labor, repair, and construction of new infrastructure, the units also promoted propaganda and education . During this mass mobilization campaign, the army organized 78 hours of propaganda and dissemination of the law to nearly 20,000 listeners; distributed nearly 700 leaflets; organized 3 book introduction sessions, 3 mobile film screenings, 6 cultural and artistic exchanges; and provided free haircuts to 72 people.
Lieutenant Colonel Diem Dang Toi, Head of the 3rd Division's Mass Mobilization Committee, said: "We determined that mass mobilization is not just about launching a campaign to make the movement beautiful, but also about leaving a real mark. Mass mobilization must be skillful and sincere, from words to actions. An old person in the village said: "The soldiers coming here are like having more children and grandchildren in the family", which is really heartwarming. Through this mass mobilization campaign, the bond between the army and the people is becoming stronger and stronger."
