In a warm and friendly atmosphere, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Huynh Quoc Viet briefly informed about the socio-economic development situation of the province after the merger; the operation of the two-level local government model is operating stably. From now until the end of the year, Ca Mau will focus on successfully organizing the Provincial Party Congress, speeding up the disbursement of public investment capital, to promote the target of double-digit growth.

In Vinh Thanh commune, the delegation visited and presented gifts to two typical policy families: Mrs. Tran Thi Du (wife of martyr Mai Van Lac, residing in Vinh Hoa hamlet) and Mrs. Tran Thi Hao (mother of martyr Nguyen Van Can, residing in Hue 2 hamlet). Provincial leaders expressed their respect for the sacrifices and acknowledged the exemplary and positive spirit of the families in implementing policies and participating in local movements, especially contributing to the Gratitude Fund.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee was delighted to see that the lives of families of meritorious people here are constantly improving, many households have become well-off, becoming shining examples for the community.

The delegation visited wounded soldier 4/4 Pham Quoc Viet, residing in Choi Moi hamlet, and Mrs. Huynh Thi Lieu, residing in Lung Chim hamlet, wife of martyr Le Van Hai.
