Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Luan emphasized that it is necessary to identify this as a key campaign of the Education sector, requiring determination and synchronous participation from all levels and sectors to achieve practical results.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Luan emphasized that the education sector, together with local Party committees and authorities, needs to resolutely take action and launch a "campaign" to invest in, upgrade and repair facilities. The focus is on cleaning and renovating school toilet systems to make them friendly, safe and clean; at the same time, equipping students with hygienic drinking water systems.

In addition, it is necessary to focus on organizing boarding education at primary level, ensuring adequate learning and living conditions for students. Schools and localities must review boarding needs, make reasonable arrangements according to the wishes of students and parents; at the same time, determine a specific roadmap, and resolutely implement it to achieve practical results.

As planned, the launching and groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled to take place on August 28 at Hoa Binh A Primary School, Hoa Binh Commune. The event aims to spread awareness and raise the sense of responsibility among teachers, local departments and organizations, and at the same time create consensus and unity from parents.

Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training Ta Thanh Vu said that preparations for the ceremony scheduled to be held on August 28 in Hoa Binh commune are being carefully implemented.

This activity contributes to the effective implementation of Directive No. 17/CT-TTg dated June 6, 2025 of the Prime Minister on organizing 2-session teaching/day, organizing summer activities for children and students; as well as implementing the Project on 2-session teaching/day, organizing boarding for preschool and general education levels in the province.

At the same time, the launching ceremony also aims to mobilize social resources to invest in education, especially boarding houses, clean drinking water systems, repairing and building new toilets... to meet the requirements of teaching 2 sessions/day, ensuring learning and living conditions for students.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Luan requested that Chairmen of the People's Committees of communes and wards in the province take responsibility for reviewing and proposing solutions to effectively implement the campaign. At the same time, it is necessary to adjust the title of the ceremony as well as the content and program to suit the actual situation.

With political determination and commitment to the provincial leaders, the education sector will complete the projects on schedule by 2027, contributing to improving the quality of education in Ca Mau”, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Luan emphasized.
