Small hearts contribute to great love
On November 28, 2025, Vinh Trach Ward Police welcomed a special citizen at the headquarters. Ho Ka, a first grader at Le Quy Don Primary School, shyly spoke to the police officers, speaking softly but clearly: "Please help me transfer this money to the students affected by the flood !"

Ho Ka’s story was shared on social media and quickly spread throughout the community. Many people were moved by the kindness of a child who was only in first grade but knew how to care and share with strangers who were in difficulty. This is a positive example of educating compassion from family and school.
Not only Ho Ka, many primary schools in Ca Mau province also simultaneously organized fundraising activities to support the people of Central Vietnam.
At Phan Ngoc Hien Primary School, An Xuyen Ward, in just one morning, students from 16 classes contributed more than 5 million VND.
Teacher Nguyen Tan Linh, Team Leader, Phan Ngoc Hien Primary School, brought donation boxes to each classroom.
The atmosphere in each classroom that day was special. Some students took out 5,000 VND from their pockets, some donated their breakfast money to support the people of Central Vietnam.
Huynh Thai Gia Vinh, class 1B, Phan Ngoc Hien Primary School, shared with sincere eyes: "My brother and I contributed 2 boxes of instant noodles. I hope that the children out there will soon have delicious food, clean water and be able to go back to school."
Huynh Thai Gia Vinh and Huynh Thai Gia Duc donated instant noodles to send to flood victims.
Sowing seeds of kindness
Ms. Nguyen Thi Mong Trinh, Principal of Phan Ngoc Hien Primary School, said: “We do not place much importance on material value, because for primary school students, 5-10 thousand VND is a valuable contribution. The most important thing is to nurture in them a spirit of compassion.”
Phan Ngoc Hien Primary School brought the money and noodles donated by students to the Children's House of Ca Mau province to send to the Central region.
The seeds of love today will sprout and grow. The meaningful work of Ho Ka and the students of Phan Ngoc Hien Primary School has contributed bricks to build a solid foundation for national solidarity in the next generation, and compassion is nurtured from school, family and community./.
