Strictly maintain combat readiness and training; strengthen innovation in training content and forms close to local realities. To perform well the tasks in the coming time, the Provincial Party Secretary requested the Defense Command of Region 2-Thoi Binh and Region 3-Dat Moi to develop regulations and organize signing and coordination between units and local sectors, in order to build a national defense posture, associated with an increasingly solid people's security posture.
