Presenting the draft Political Report at the congress, Colonel Nguyen The Luc said: In the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of the 12th Corps focused on leading and directing the entire unit to achieve comprehensive results in production and business, military and defense work, unit building and Party building. The Corps was stable and solid, comprehensively exceeding the goals, targets and plans set by the 9th Party Congress two years in advance, creating a solid foundation for the Corps to develop to a new height.

Production and business results for the 2020-2025 term: Production value increased by 248%, revenue value increased by 239% compared to the previous term; job search increased by 321%, budget revenue increased by 143% compared to the 2015-2020 term.

The results in recent years have marked a remarkable development step, demonstrating the capacity, experience, position, prestige and brand of the 12th Army Corps. Up to now, the 12th Army Corps has become a large-scale enterprise with a strong brand among the leading ones in the country's construction industry. The 12th Army Corps has successfully completed a number of urgent and extraordinary tasks, leaving good impressions with profound political significance, which have been recognized, trusted and highly appreciated by the Government , the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense, clearly affirming the role, functions and tasks of defense and security enterprises, of the production labor force and the working force; contributing significantly to the realization of the policy of orienting the development of transport infrastructure, one of the three strategic breakthroughs identified by the 13th National Party Congress.

At the congress, the delegates' presentations focused on analyzing and clarifying the outstanding results achieved by the 12th Army Corps in the past term, while pointing out the limitations and shortcomings, and proposing solutions for the future.

Speaking at the congress, on behalf of the Central Military Commission and the leaders of the Ministry of National Defense, Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh commended and highly appreciated the results achieved by the 12th Army Corps during the past term.

Regarding the direction and tasks in the coming time, Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh requested: The Party Committee of the 12th Corps continues to thoroughly grasp the Party's guidelines and viewpoints on combining economy with national defense and security in the new situation. Lead the production and business tasks to achieve high socio-economic efficiency, in the right direction, in accordance with the law; ensure jobs, life, and income of workers are improved and enhanced; strengthen administrative reform associated with digital transformation.

The Congress proceeded to vote to elect the 10th Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the 12th Army Corps.
