Ms. Vu Thi Van, residing in Kien Bai 6 residential area, Thien Huong ward (Hai Phong), found a wallet containing 100 million VND and many important documents and returned it to the owner.

At approximately 8:30 AM on March 12th, while walking home from Trinh Market in Thien Huong Ward, Ms. Van found a black leather wallet containing personal documents and 100 million VND in cash. Ms. Van took all the items to the Thien Huong Ward Police Station to report the find and ask for their help in locating the owner.

The Thien Huong Ward Police quickly verified the information and contacted the owner, Mr. Phan Ich Tam (born in 1973, residing in Tien Minh commune, Hai Phong city). Mr. Tam dropped his wallet while attending to business in the Kien Bai area.
