Awarding 12 scholarships to students in difficult circumstances in Xuan Hai commune

On the morning of October 10, at the People's Committee of Xuan Hai commune, the Khanh Hoa Province Fund for Encouragement of Learning and Talent held a scholarship awarding ceremony for students with difficult circumstances who have excelled in their studies.

At the program, the Provincial Scholarship and Talent Promotion Fund awarded 12 scholarships, each worth 1 million VND, to encourage and motivate students to overcome difficulties and study well in the 2025-2026 school year.
