Giving charity houses in Phu Nhuan commune, Ben Tre city

BDK.VN - On the afternoon of May 26, 2025, the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department of the Provincial Police coordinated with the People's Committee of Phu Nhuan Commune, Ben Tre City to organize the handover of a charity house to the family of comrade Thieu Quoc Dien, a member of the grassroots security and order protection force, a member of the Civil Defense Team of Hamlet 1, Phu Nhuan Commune, Ben Tre City, who is facing housing difficulties.

The house has an area of ^​​42m2 , brick floor, cement walls, corrugated iron roof. The total construction cost is 70 million VND (the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of the Provincial Police mobilized donors in Ho Chi Minh City to support 50 million VND, the rest was contributed by the family).

On this occasion, the Youth Union, Association, Labor Union of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department, the Provincial Police, and local authorities presented the family with meaningful gifts, along with congratulations and encouragement.

The house has an area of ^​​40m2 , solid structure, ensuring living conditions for the family. The total construction cost is 75 million VND, of which Ben Tre Provincial Police mobilized Mi Hong Company Limited to support 60 million VND; the rest was contributed by the family. Supporting the construction of the "August 19th House" is a practical activity in implementing the movement "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" in the province and celebrating the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam People's Police (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025).
