Dr. Le Anh Duc, Head of Training Department of National Economics University, informed that the school opened the registration portal for the combined admission method for candidates from June 11 to July 11. This method includes the following groups of candidates: candidates who combine international English certificates with the scores of 2 high school graduation exams; candidates with international competency assessment certificates (ACT/SAT); candidates with international English certificates combined with the results of competency assessment tests of 2 national universities, thinking assessment test results (Hanoi University of Science and Technology), and computer-based competency assessment test results (V-SAT).

Up to now, statistics from the National Economics University show that there are 18,000 candidates applying for combined admission with international English certificates, and 3,200 candidates applying for admission with SAT/ACT certificates. Thus, this year there are over 21,000 candidates applying for admission to the National Economics University with international certificates.
Dr. Le Anh Duc said that by 2024, 70% of students admitted to the school will have an IELTS score of 5.5 or higher.
This year, the total enrollment target for the National Economics University is 8,500, of which 8,200 are full-time university students. The university has just announced the minimum enrollment score for the converted methods is 22/30 points, 2 points higher than the expected score in the previously announced enrollment plan. Dr. Le Anh Duc also affirmed that the school enrolls 4 groups (A00, A01, D01 and D07) and applies a common minimum score, the standard score between the groups has no difference in a training major.
