The city's Smart Operations Center initially brought efficiency. The number of downloads of Pho Yen Smartcity application is 3.589 times. The number of people registered for an account on the system is: 416. Through the application, the authorities have received many complaints from people for consideration and settlement.
Concluding at the monitoring session, comrade Dang Xuan Truong noted the results that the city.
