At the conference, delegates were briefed on the key contents of Circular No. 50/2025/TT-BCT of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the roadmap for applying the blending ratio of biofuels with traditional fuels in Vietnam. In addition, the conference also disseminated new regulations on state management of petroleum business activities, including the content of Resolution No. 19/NQ-CP on reducing and simplifying administrative procedures, promoting decentralization in resolving procedures in the field of industry and trade, and creating favorable conditions for businesses to produce and trade.

On this occasion, delegates exchanged ideas, discussed, and received answers to difficulties and obstacles encountered in implementing the new regulations. They also gained an understanding of regulations on administrative penalties for violations, aiming to improve compliance with the law in the petroleum business.

Mr. Phan Hung Son, Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, emphasized that through the conference, management agencies and petroleum businesses have gained more information to proactively prepare the necessary infrastructure, technology, and supply sources, ensuring the effective implementation of the E10 biofuel distribution roadmap, contributing to building a stable, transparent, and green and sustainable petroleum market.
