Implementing the decision on management and investment at Tuy Loan intersection

Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Trung Chinh has just signed an official dispatch assigning the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Finance, the Management Board of Investment and Construction Projects for Traffic and Agricultural Works in Da Nang and related units to urgently implement Decision No. 905/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister on assigning the People's Committee of Da Nang City to manage Tuy Loan intersection and the official dispatch of the Government Office on investing in Tuy Loan intersection under the Da Nang - Quang Ngai Expressway project; promptly advise and propose the City People's Committee to consider and handle the following related tasks according to regulations and authority.

Previously, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha signed a decision assigning the People's Committee of Da Nang City to manage Tuy Loan intersection to meet the needs of smooth traffic in the area, socio -economic development and the ability to allocate local resources.

The City People's Committee is responsible for receiving the traffic junction and organizing its implementation in accordance with the assigned purposes; ensuring that the scale and level of the project are not lower than the approved road network planning and road infrastructure planning; ensuring resources for investment in construction, management, operation, exploitation and maintenance of the assigned Tuy Loan traffic junction.

At the same time, establish a complete investment project to build a complete traffic intersection since it is assigned, in accordance with the approved road network planning and road infrastructure planning. It is known that Tuy Loan traffic intersection will be invested in construction with a total investment of about 400 billion VND. Regarding the capital plan, the central budget will allocate about 50% of the total investment of the project, the rest will be balanced by the local budget. The project implementation time is in 2025.
