Opening on the evening of May 26th, and officially open from May 27th to 31st at Thang Long Imperial Citadel ( Hanoi ), the visual art exhibition “We are made of SUN” is organized by the Delegation of the European Union (EU) in Vietnam in collaboration with Fustic Studio and artist Bach Vu.
Beyond just a visual experience, the art space "We are made of SUN" opens a dialogue about the presence of people in modern life, where every breath can become a part of the artwork.

According to the organizers, the exhibition presents a series of works combining visual art, sensor technology, and interactive elements. Viewers are no longer passive observers but directly participate in the creation process through body movements, breathing, or simply being present in the exhibition space.
Changes in light, sound, or form occur continuously in response to audience interaction, making each experience unique.

The exhibition's unique aspect lies in its choice of "breath"—an intangible and seemingly ordinary element—as the central focus of its creative process. In many contemporary art concepts, breath is not only a sign of life but also symbolizes memory, emotion, and the connection between humans and the world around them.
When breath is "materialized" into a work of art, viewers are forced to pay attention to their own existence amidst an increasingly fast-paced life and technological pressures.

The exhibition space thus creates a feeling that is both familiar and unfamiliar. Viewers enter not only to see the art but also to feel the changes in their bodies and the surrounding environment. Every small movement can create a reaction in the artwork, blurring the boundaries between the artist, the artwork, and the viewer.

In recent years, interactive art installations have been developing rapidly worldwide, particularly in contemporary art museums in Europe and Asia. This trend aims for a multi-sensory experience rather than focusing solely on visuals like traditional art forms.
In Vietnam, although installation art has existed for a long time, projects applying technology and biodata to create interactive experiences are still not common. Therefore, this exhibition is considered a noteworthy experiment in contemporary art.
