Taking place from August 28 to September 5 at Kim Quy House, Square House Block A and the West, South and East courtyards, the exhibition introduces the country's development achievements in many fields. Participating are central ministries, departments, 34 provinces and cities along with typical state-owned and private enterprises. Parallel to the exhibition activities are art programs, forums, seminars, exchanges and rich experiences.
Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong said that the exhibition is not only an important political and cultural event but also contributes to spreading the national spirit, arousing the aspiration to build a strong country. This is the highlight in the series of activities to celebrate National Day September 2, creating an exciting atmosphere, solidarity, and unity of the whole people.
With diverse display spaces and many vibrant cultural and artistic activities, the exhibition of national achievements is an opportunity for people across the country and international friends to look back on the glorious 80-year journey of the nation and at the same time affirm Vietnam's strong aspirations to rise in the new era of development.
During the exhibition, people and tourists can visit, enjoy performances, exchanges of art troupes, talk shows, chats, experience the game industry and many other attractive cultural and artistic activities.
Specifically, some outstanding activities in the exhibition serve the people for free:
The opening ceremony will be held at 9:00 a.m. on August 28 (Thursday) at the North Stadium, National Exhibition Center. The program will be broadcast live on Vietnam Television and Voice of Vietnam .
August 29 (Friday): Forum “Application of artificial intelligence AI in the digital age”; workshop “The role of data in the digital age” chaired by the Ministry of Science and Technology ; art program chaired by the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City at San Bac.
August 30 (Saturday): 8:00 p.m., art program hosted by the Ministry of Public Security at the North Stadium.
August 31 (Sunday): 8:00 p.m., art program "Hanoi - Forever Vietnam's Aspiration" hosted by Hanoi People's Committee at Bac Stadium.
September 1 (Monday): Performances, tours, and art exchanges in provinces and cities.
September 2 (Tuesday): 8:00 p.m., art program hosted by Hue City People's Committee.
September 3 (Wednesday): Performances, tours, and art exchanges between provinces and cities.
September 4 (Thursday): 9:00 a.m., Hanoi-Ho Chi Minh City Business Forum chaired by Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.
The closing ceremony will take place at 8:00 p.m. on September 5 (Friday) at the North Stadium with the art program “80 Years - The Road to Glory”. The program will be broadcast live on Vietnam Television and Voice of Vietnam.
Service hours for the public are from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., continuously from August 28 to September 5.
