On the morning of May 28th, Mr. Pham Duy Tien, a resident of Thang Hoa neighborhood, Ham Thang ward, Lam Dong province, expressed his outrage, stating that two individuals brazenly stole his dog right in front of him and even threatened him. The entire incident was captured by security cameras.
According to Mr. Tien, his house is under construction, so he stays up at night to guard the site and lets his dog out inside the fence to deter thieves.
The incident occurred at approximately 0:10 AM on the same day. Noticing two people on a motorbike repeatedly passing by the construction site with suspicious behavior, Mr. Tien went to the front to observe them.
A few minutes later, the two suspects suddenly turned their vehicle around, stopped in front of the construction site, and approached the gap in the recently dismantled fence. At this point, the dog was staggering, having been poisoned. Upon noticing this, Mr. Tien immediately shouted and ran over.
The passenger got out of the car to catch the dog. Upon being discovered, the driver accelerated, speeding towards Mr. Tien to threaten him. After catching the dog and getting it back into the car, the two suspects sped away. Terrified by the dog thieves' brazenness, Mr. Tien ran into his house. The entire incident happened very quickly. At the construction site, he found three pieces of dog poison thrown on the ground.
