Professional playgrounds for teachers, cultural and artistic activities, sports...; parents and students working together to make greeting cards, paint pictures, exchange flowers for gifts to send to students in flood-affected areas... all are ways of showing gratitude to the teaching staff, contributing to building a dynamic, compassionate, and creative educational environment.
Celebrating the creativity of teachers.
Hai Chau Ward ( Da Nang City) recently awarded 12 collective prizes and 55 individual prizes to authors and groups of authors with outstanding products at the "Ideas - Initiatives for Applying Information Technology and Digital Transformation in Education" competition in 2025.
Ms. Luong Thuy Quynh, Principal of Binh Minh Kindergarten and representative of the winning team, said: “The awards not only recognize the efforts of the teaching staff but also serve as motivation for teachers and the entire team to continue innovating, creating, and dedicating themselves to the noble cause of educating future generations.”
This competition was organized for the first time by the Hai Chau Ward People's Committee in the context of the entire education and training sector actively implementing digital transformation and promoting the application of information technology in teaching and management.
The submitted products all demonstrate the dedication, innovative spirit, and creativity of the teaching staff – who are constantly learning and adapting to the demands of the digital age. The entries are diverse and cover a wide range of fields: educational management, teaching, assessment, software applications to support teaching, digital content creation, and technical solutions that contribute to improving the quality of school operations.
Hoa Lu Primary School (Thanh Khe Ward, Da Nang City) organized the "Shining for the Teaching Profession in the Digital Age" competition - a meaningful professional playground for the school's teaching staff.
Principal Huynh Thi Thanh Tinh said: “Besides professional activities, this is also an opportunity for the school to honor the efforts and dedication of teachers, and a chance for them to demonstrate their flexibility in applying information technology to the teaching process.”
From designing e-learning materials, utilizing artificial intelligence, building online learning systems, to implementing active teaching methods… all contribute to the image of a dynamic, creative, and adaptable teacher in the digital age. Therefore, the competition is a meaningful gift leading up to November 20th, demonstrating the dedication of teachers and the diligent, proactive spirit of students in their studies.
Trung Chải Kindergarten in Pa Tần commune, Lai Châu province, also chose a deeply professional way to show appreciation: organizing a school-level competition for outstanding teachers. Participating kindergarten teachers conducted model lessons in the classroom and presented methods for improving the quality of childcare and education. All lessons were meticulously prepared, demonstrating the creativity and dedication of the teaching staff.
Learning activities through games, hands-on experiences, or child-centered methods are flexibly applied, creating enthusiasm for the children. Many classrooms become vibrant "miniature worlds" with models, pictures, and visual aids prepared by the teachers themselves.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Dao, Principal of Trung Chai Kindergarten, shared: “The competition is an opportunity for teachers to showcase their abilities and learn from their colleagues. The judges' feedback will help each teacher improve their daily lessons. This is also a practical activity to enhance the quality of preschool education, in line with the spirit of putting children at the center.”

The flowers are good students.

Ms. Tran Thi Thu Ha, Secretary of the school's Youth Union, said that although the videos were filmed and edited by the students themselves and not professionally produced, their sincerity, heartfelt memories, and impressions of their teachers created special value. Many teachers were deeply moved by the videos, and they were considered meaningful and precious gifts on Teachers' Day.
As seen in the video of class 12C7, each teacher is mentioned with much affection and love. There's Mr. Minh – the math teacher, strict but dedicated, always patiently re-teaching difficult concepts until students understand the lesson. And Ms. Hang – the literature teacher, gentle and insightful, each lecture opening up a world of emotions, helping students to love each page of the book even more.
Mr. Vinh, the English teacher, is cheerful and approachable, creating a comfortable and confident learning environment. Ms. Van, the Economics and Law teacher, helps students understand more about life, right and wrong, and how to live fairly and responsibly.

Mr. Tran Ngoc Ut, Principal of Tay Son Secondary School, said: “In the near future, the two schools will organize professional development sessions focusing on subjects that are strengths of each school. This will improve the teaching capacity of teachers and contribute to improving student results. In addition, our school will provide monthly support to students from the other school who are in particularly difficult circumstances to minimize the dropout rate.”
On this occasion, the Nghe An Department of Education and Training organized the 19th awarding ceremony of the "Educational Talent Development Fund" in 2025. Accordingly, 29 outstanding educators were awarded this time, representing more than 55,000 administrators, teachers, and staff throughout the entire education sector, and are exemplary figures in the emulation movement over the past five years.
Each person comes from different rural areas, educational levels, and positions, but they all possess good moral qualities, dedication to their profession, love for their students, expertise, and a strong work ethic, always striving to contribute to the cause of education.
