10 helicopters carrying national and party flags flew over Ba Dinh Square. Crowds of people waited and cheered under the hot weather.

During the second takeoff at Hoa Lac Airport at 9:35 a.m., the helicopter formation carried the national flag and the Party flag towards Ba Dinh.

Ten helicopters carrying national and Party flags flew over Ba Dinh Square after taking off for the second time from Hoa Lac Airport.

The square was sunny and windy. People gathered in large numbers on Doc Lap Street waiting for the plane to fly over.
