According to the decision of the Ministry of National Defense , Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Phong - Head of the Border Guard Station of An Thoi Port retired at his request.

The Border Guard Command decided to transfer and appoint Lieutenant Colonel Huynh Viet Kieu - Deputy Head of An Thoi Port Border Guard Station to hold the position of Head of An Thoi Port Border Guard Station.
