According to Official Dispatch No. 43-CV/BCĐ on the Plan to continue to reorganize the apparatus of the political system dated March 20, 2025, the Central Steering Committee on summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW requested the National Assembly Party Committee to lead and direct: the implementation of procedures and amendments and supplements to a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution (to be completed before June 30).
