Nhon Trach commune assigns targets for developing social insurance and health insurance participants to hamlets.

On October 15, the Steering Committee for the implementation of social insurance (SI), health insurance (HI) and unemployment insurance (UI) policies in Nhon Trach commune held a conference to evaluate the results of task implementation and discuss solutions to complete the targets for 2025.

Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune Le Ngoc Lan emphasized the humanity of health insurance and social insurance.

According to the report, by the end of September 2025, the commune's health insurance coverage rate reached 93.5%, equivalent to 149,045 people, while the target assigned by the Resolution was 95%. The rate of workers of working age participating in social insurance reached 59%, so the commune needs to mobilize 2,395 more people to participate in health insurance and 1,887 people to participate in social insurance (of which 1,537 people participate in compulsory social insurance and 350 people participate in voluntary social insurance).
In order to achieve the target, the Commune People's Committee has issued a Decision assigning targets for implementing voluntary social insurance and health insurance to hamlets, with the goal that from now until the end of the year, 858 people will be mobilized to participate in self-paid health insurance and 130 people will be mobilized to participate in voluntary social insurance.
