Efforts to build corporate culture

More than a year after being crowned Miss Philanthropy at the Miss Businesswoman Vietnam 2024 pageant, Miss Nguyen Thi Binh, Director of BN Beauty Trading Co., Ltd. (in Long Thanh commune, Dong Nai province), has been actively spreading love and sharing responsibility with the community. Miss Philanthropy Nguyen Thi Binh regularly organizes activities such as donating gifts and rice to people in difficult circumstances both within and outside the province, bringing Mid-Autumn Festival celebrations to poor children, building charity houses; and donating to and supporting people in flood-stricken areas of Northern and Central Vietnam.

For Miss Philanthropy Nguyen Thi Binh, each charitable activity is not just about providing material assistance, but also an opportunity to spread positive messages about compassion and social responsibility, helping the community to understand and connect more deeply.

Similarly, Mr. Dang Xuan Trung, CEO of Donapharm Pharmaceutical Company (Tam Hiep Ward, Dong Nai Province), is one of the entrepreneurs actively participating in community activities. In particular, for many years, he and members of the Quang Binh Hometown Association in Dong Nai have actively connected with and created jobs for local workers, investing in development projects. From there, they preserve and spread cultural values and compassion through charitable activities, awarding scholarships to students, and providing meals for preschool children in ethnic minority areas both within and outside the province.
