1. Positions and recruitment targets : 07 targets (05 lecturers of theoretical vocational education level III, 01 specialist in office administration and 01 librarian level III).
2. Recruitment form and content: Recruitment will be conducted in 2 rounds as follows:
- Round 1: Check the candidate's eligibility on the Application Form according to the requirements of the job position to be recruited. If the candidate meets the requirements, he/she will be allowed to participate in round 2.
- Round 2: Exam in specialized professional subjects (teaching practice for lecturer positions; interview for remaining recruitment positions).
3. Standards and conditions for registration
3.1. General conditions and standards
People who meet the following conditions, regardless of ethnicity, gender, social class, belief, or religion, are eligible to register for civil service recruitment: Having Vietnamese nationality and residing in Vietnam; being 18 years of age or older; having a clear background; having a registration form; having full civil act capacity; being healthy enough to perform the job or task; having diplomas, training certificates, and training appropriate to the job position for which they are applying; ensuring internal political standards as prescribed (will be coordinated for review after the recruitment results are available); meeting other specific conditions and standards as required by the job position for which they are applying; people who are cadres, civil servants, or public employees applying for recruitment must have the consent of the agency or unit where they work; and not falling into the cases where they are not eligible to register for civil service recruitment as prescribed.
3.2. Specific standards according to the requirements of each recruitment position
In addition to the general conditions and standards, candidates must meet the following standards:
- Regarding professional qualifications: University degree or higher in a major suitable for the job position, specifically:
+ Position of lecturer of theoretical vocational education level III: Graduated from university or higher in law (04 positions). For 01 position of lecturer of physical education, the requirement is to graduate from university or higher in physical education;
+ Position of office administration specialist (01 position): University degree or higher in law, construction, office administration, business administration, economics , finance, accounting;
+ Position of Librarian Grade III (01 position): Graduated from university or higher in information - library or other majors and must have a certificate of training in knowledge and professional skills in information - library issued by a competent agency or organization.
- Regarding foreign languages and information technology: Have basic information technology skills, use foreign languages at a level equivalent to level 3 of the Vietnamese foreign language competency framework.
4. Receive application documents and complete recruitment documents
a) Receiving application documents: Applicants submit their application documents directly or send them by post to the Organization - Administration - Library Department, Southern Law College, address National Highway 61C, Hamlet 11, Vi Trung Commune, Vi Thuy District, Hau Giang Province (contact phone number: 02936.515.152), along with the application documents (in a file bag) with full name, address, contact phone number and list of document components including:
- Application form;
- Copies of diplomas, certificates and academic results as required for the position applied for. In case of diplomas issued by foreign training institutions, they must be notarized and translated into Vietnamese;
- Certificate of priority in civil servant recruitment (if any) certified by a competent authority or organization.
b) Reception period: From July 2, 2024 to July 31, 2024.
* Note : Each candidate can only register for 01 job position, there is no job position for which candidates can register for 02 wishes; Candidates with one of the diplomas and certificates that are exempt from foreign language exams can use it instead. If there is no suitable foreign language diploma or certificate, the Admissions Council will organize an examination to assess foreign language proficiency according to the requirements of the recruited job position.
