Hoang Dinh Giong Political School of Cao Bang province received the Certificate of recognition of achieving level 1 standards.

On the afternoon of September 11, 2025, at Hoang Dinh Giong Political School, Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee coordinated with Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics to organize the Ceremony to receive the Certificate of recognition of achieving level 1 standards. This is an event of special significance, a milestone marking the 77-year journey of construction and development of the School.

Attending the ceremony were Professor, Doctor Nguyen Xuan Thang, Politburo member, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council. Also attending were leaders of central departments, ministries and branches ; units under the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics; Leaders of provincial political schools in the Northeast Emulation Cluster .

On behalf of Cao Bang province's leaders, attending the ceremony were comrades: Quan Minh Cuong, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Cao Bang province; Vu Hong Quang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Steering Committee for building Hoang Dinh Giong Political School to meet level 1 standards; comrade Le Hai Hoa, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Be Thanh Tinh, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; leaders of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics; former provincial leaders, representatives of departments and branches; and generations of leaders, lecturers and staff of the School.

Comrade Professor, Dr. Nguyen Xuan Thang, Politburo member, Director of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, awarded the Certificate of Recognition and the logo of Hoang Dinh Giong Political School meeting level 1 standards to the school's leaders.

At the Ceremony, Comrade Trinh Thi Anh Hoa, Party Committee Secretary, Principal of Hoang Dinh Giong Political School presented a report on the results of building the School to meet level 1 standards. Accordingly, the Party Committee and the School's Board of Directors have resolutely directed the departments and divisions to actively accelerate the implementation of Regulation No. 11-QD/TW dated May 19, 2021 of the Central Secretariat and Project No. 12-DA/TU, dated April 21, 2022 on building Hoang Dinh Giong Political School to meet level 1 standards, period 2021 - 2025 , achieving 6/6 criteria with 55/55 targets, of which 8 targets exceeded the standard.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang, Politburo member, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, acknowledged and commended the efforts and determination of the Board of Directors, staff, lecturers and students of the School; the attention, leadership and close and effective direction of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee; the coordination and support of departments, branches and localities of Cao Bang province. He suggested that Cao Bang province continue to pay attention to leadership and direction so that Hoang Dinh Giong Political School can soon reach level 2 standards. The School continues to synchronously implement solutions to build a team of quality lecturers; innovate programs and teaching methods in a creative direction, increase interaction between the School's lecturers and students; continue to encourage, invest and support staff and lecturers in scientific research, complete many provincial-level topics with high theoretical and practical value; Aiming to build the school into a center for training, fostering cadres, and scientific research of the province and the northern mountainous region.
