8 teams compete in "Creating Japanese Beef Bowl - Matsuya Bowl Challenge 2025"

DNO - On the morning of October 4, the Faculty of Japanese Language and Culture, University of Foreign Languages ​​- University of Danang organized the contest "Creating Japanese beef bowl - Matsuya Bowl Challenge 2025".

The Matsuya Bowl Challenge is held to encourage the spirit of exchange, learning and arousing the passion for learning about Japanese culinary culture among students in the Central and Central Highlands regions.

Through decorating a bowl of Gyudon beef rice, a typical dish of Japanese cuisine, the contest helps students practice their aesthetic ability, creativity and design thinking; improve their understanding of Japanese cuisine; discover opportunities to apply ideas into practice, contributing to promoting Japanese culinary culture in Vietnam.

Over the years, Danang University of Foreign Languages ​​has always focused on innovating teaching methods, promoting extracurricular activities and international cooperation, in order to bring students comprehensive learning experiences.

According to the organizers, the competition aims to expand cooperation between schools and businesses, as well as strengthen the friendship between Vietnam and Japan. There are 8 excellent teams that passed the preliminary round to participate in the final round.
