Saigon University has just announced the expected enrollment information for 2025 with many new points. In addition to opening 4 more majors, the expected tuition fee is also adjusted to increase by 1.5 times compared to previous courses.

In particular, the tuition fees for engineering and technology majors are calculated for a study period of 4.5 years, the remaining majors are 4 years. This year, the school opened 3 new majors: microchip design, history and geography.

The expected enrollment quota and tuition fees for the 2025 enrollment period of Saigon University are as follows:

Thus, compared to the 2024 enrollment, the tuition fees for many majors in the 2025 enrollment have increased by one and a half times. Most 4-year training majors last year had tuition fees of 65.8 - 70.1 million VND/course, high-quality ones from 109 - 114 million VND/4-year course. In 2025, tuition fees for these majors range from 92 - 129 million VND/course.

Tuition fees for 4.5-year training courses range from 87 to 147 million VND/course. This year, tuition fees are expected to range from 150 to 167 million VND/course.

According to a representative of Saigon University, the school is forced to be autonomous and has developed a project to submit to the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee. This is the expected tuition fee when the school is autonomous.

If the school's autonomy project is approved, the school will implement this expected tuition fee level. The new tuition fee level only applies to the 2025 enrollment period and does not affect previous enrollment periods.

In addition to the expected tuition increase, Saigon University also offers many incentive packages for admitted candidates of the 2025 class.

Of which, the top 3% of students in each major are exempted from tuition fees and receive scholarships to encourage learning. The next 4% of students are exempted from tuition fees. The next 5% of students are given a 50% reduction in tuition fees.

This year, the school will enroll students in four ways: direct admission according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training (maximum 5% of the target), considering the results of the Ho Chi Minh City National University's capacity assessment test (10%), and the results of the V-SAT computer-based university entrance assessment test (15%). At least 70% of the remaining target will be considered for admission based on the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam.

HUFLIT reduces 50% of first semester tuition fees for all candidates admitted with first choice

A representative of Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology (HUFLIT) said that the school's 2025 enrollment period has some new points compared to previous years. These include adding a direct admission method, increasing the number of admission combinations by major from 4 to 7, 8 combinations, and tuition fees remaining stable throughout the entire course.

In addition, there are scholarship policies for successful candidates. Notably, all candidates admitted to the school with their first choice will receive a 50% reduction in first semester tuition.

Candidates admitted to 9 majors: artificial intelligence, Oriental studies, Japanese language, tourism and travel services management, hotel management, accounting, auditing, economic law, law will receive a 20% discount on the entire course tuition. Students choosing to study at the Hoc Mon campus will receive a 15% discount on the entire course tuition.

In addition, the school also offers 50% tuition scholarships for the school's valedictorian, 25% for the major's valedictorian, 100% for national excellent students who pass the entrance exam...

In addition, HUFLIT continues to deploy a student support fund of 13 billion VND per year. Students can borrow money to pay tuition fees without having to pay interest. Repayment will be made according to a suitable roadmap, ensuring that there is no excessive financial pressure during the study period.
