Practically responding to the Campaign "Joining hands to popularize digital skills", on October 6, 2025, the Provincial Police Youth Union and the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order coordinated with Phan Ngoc Hien High School for the Gifted and related units to organize the Program "Propaganda of Project 06, the benefits of digital technology; popularizing digital skills, ensuring information security and protecting personal data in cyberspace".

Here, more than 1,000 students studying at the school were shared and disseminated useful knowledge about Project 06/CP and how to use the utilities of the VNeID application by officers and soldiers of the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order, Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention (Provincial Police), representatives of Mobifone Ca Mau and teachers of Binh An Cultural Training Center.

In addition, you will learn about skills to ensure information security and protect personal data in cyberspace, AI tools and how to use AI effectively in learning and developing foreign language skills.

It is known that the activities were organized in the atmosphere of the whole country responding to the National Digital Transformation Day (October 10) in 2025; with the scale of a "point program" to launch a peak propaganda campaign on Project 06 of the Government, popularizing digital skills and knowledge related to personal data protection in cyberspace for students in Ca Mau province (according to Plan No. 67/KHPH-CAT-SGDĐT dated August 11, 2025 of the Provincial Police and the Department of Education and Training).

These are practical and meaningful activities.
