It is expected that from July 16 to 5:00 p.m. on July 28, candidates can register, adjust, and add admission wishes an unlimited number of times.

On March 29, the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) announced that according to the draft guidelines for university and college admissions, candidates will use the account provided on the admission system to check their high school transcripts. If there are any errors, they must report them before 5:00 p.m. on June 6.

Candidates eligible for direct admission or priority direct admission must submit their applications to universities no later than June 30 and receive results before July 15.

Instead of enrolling early like every year, this group must continue to register their wishes on the Ministry of Education and Training's system to be considered according to the general schedule.

According to the plan, from July 16 to 5:00 p.m. on July 28, candidates can register, adjust, and add university admission wishes an unlimited number of times online on the system or on the National Public Service Portal.

After the high school graduation exam scores are available, universities will announce the threshold to ensure the quality of their entrance exams (the floor score). For the education and health sciences majors, the floor score will be announced before 5:00 p.m. on July 23.

Candidates' wishes to all training institutions are ranked from 1 to the end (wish 1 is the highest wish), and candidates must provide data (according to criteria, conditions, and registration procedures specified in the admission information of the training institutions) corresponding to the major/program for which the candidate has registered.

All candidates' admission requests are processed on the system and each candidate will only be admitted to the highest request among the registered requests when ensuring the admission conditions.

From July 29 to 5:00 p.m. on August 5, candidates pay admission fees according to the number of admission wishes online according to the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Before 5:30 p.m. on August 30, all admitted candidates must confirm their enrollment on the system (if they wish to study).

From September 1 to December 2025, candidates who need to apply for additional admission rounds must follow the admission information posted on the training institution's admission information page.
