Speaking at the congress, Mr. Y Giang Gry Niê Knơng, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dak Lak province, said that despite many difficulties due to the impact of government organizations at all levels, many youth movements have still made a good impression. Thousands of union members and association members participated in supporting digital transformation for youth in remote areas and guiding people to use online public services.

Many youth-led startup models, ranging from clean agriculture to manufacturing and community tourism, have gradually established their brands in the market. During natural disasters, epidemics, or difficult times for the locality, the youth force is always the first and most proactive to arrive.

Mr. Y Giang Gry Niê Knơng emphasized that the task of gathering young people in foreign-owned businesses, ethnic minority youth, and religious youth remains challenging, and the gap in accessing technology between urban and remote youth is still significant; it is necessary to strongly promote youth solidarity throughout the province.

According to Mr. Y Giang Gry Niê Knơng, Dak Lak is a land rich in cultural identity with many ethnic groups living together. Youth are the pioneering force in preserving ethnic cultural identity, striving for unity, responsibility, and community spirit; at the same time, proactively fighting against and refuting harmful and divisive information and opinions that undermine national unity on the internet; and pioneering in digital transformation and mastering technologies in the digital age.

Community volunteer activities and youth support programs are implemented effectively, closely adhering to the province's strategic breakthroughs. The focus is on enhancing the digital capacity of the people through the "Digital Literacy Movement" and the application of AI technology. High-impact volunteer campaigns are concretized through community projects such as "Lighting up the Border," planting trees to protect the environment, and building safe houses for people in flood-prone areas.
