Through its authentication code identification mechanism, real-time monitoring, and transaction-by-transaction traceability, Smartbox effectively reduces the risks of fraud and lost goods, and completely prevents fraudulent activities involving impersonation of shippers in current delivery operations. The system operates continuously 24/7, integrates cashless payments, centralized management, and connects directly to the digital logistics ecosystem, thereby enhancing transparency, safety, and convenience for senders, recipients, and all participants in the supply chain.

Currently, Viettel Post has deployed over 1,000 Smartbox points in many major provinces and cities nationwide, focusing on apartment complexes, urban areas, and office buildings. This system is continuing to expand in the future to form a large-scale network of automated delivery points, helping to improve logistics operational efficiency and provide a more convenient experience for customers.

For customers, Smartbox fundamentally changes the delivery experience in e-commerce and shipping. Instead of waiting for the courier or being dependent on fixed delivery times, customers can receive or send packages at any time of day, via a PIN or QR code sent to their phone.

The automated delivery locker model gives users complete control over their time, while ensuring safety, privacy, and minimizing the risk of lost or unsuccessful deliveries. Especially in densely populated urban areas, apartment buildings, or office complexes, Smartbox significantly shortens delivery times and creates a more convenient and modern method of receiving goods.
