We were very happy to reach the final. Of course, the joy was not complete, there was a little disappointment because the team lost in the penalty shootout. Mr. Linh said the whole team had small party right after the tournament in Hanoi to share the joy with each other, before When returning to Ninh Binh, organize a bigger party with the company.

Mr. Vu Tung Linh added: "Most of the players in the current team have families. If next year we have the opportunity to participate in the tournament, I plan to look for more young players for the team to increase its strength.

The fans are the female members of the company, very enthusiastic in cheering for the team, traveling from Ninh Binh to Hanoi very early. They give the whole team great strength, accounting for 50% of the energy.

The tournament is an opportunity for youth worker football teams across the country to meet and learn from each other, so my team and I had the opportunity to talk and interact with many brothers and sisters. We feel very satisfied that the tournament is organized on a large and professional scale.

I hope the tournament will take place annually , next season the Organizing Committee will expand the scale, organize a football tournament for female workers nationwide because football is a common passion of everyone.
