Nearly 1,900 students of Mac Dinh Chi High School participated in the career counseling and orientation program "Choose the right career - Win the future"

The program was attended by Associate Professor, Dr. Chu Cam Tho - Head of the Research and Evaluation Board of the Vietnam Institute of Educational Sciences ; Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Phu Khanh - Vice President of Phenikaa University, along with representatives of the Department of Education and Training of Hai Phong; People's Committee of Duong Kinh district and many parents of students.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Quy - Principal of Mac Dinh Chi High School delivered the opening speech of the program.

In his opening speech, Mr. Nguyen Minh Quy - Principal of Mac Dinh Chi High School emphasized that the career counseling program is a practical activity to help students of the school recognize their own strengths and weaknesses, identify their passions, interests, current and future career trends, thereby having a positive orientation in choosing a suitable career for themselves, and having the right motivation to study.

At the program, the speakers discussed and provided necessary knowledge so that students of Mac Dinh Chi High School can discover and recognize their own abilities, strengths and passions such as: language ability, calculation, science and technology, aesthetics, physical fitness, self-study, communication and cooperation, problem solving and creativity...; learn about the whole picture of social occupations, career trends, occupations in demand, occupations that will gradually disappear, new occupations that will arise; support students in choosing a career that suits their abilities and the labor and employment needs of society; contents to note in university admissions in 2025...

Students enthusiastically participated in the program

Through scientifically designed interactive games, the speakers helped students recognize the importance of career guidance, understand themselves, and understand careers. Students also had the opportunity to ask their own questions about the industries and careers they wanted to learn about; to discuss with psychological experts about their interests, abilities, and to consult about the industries that are suitable for their abilities, thereby promoting their strengths in life and in study.
