Specifically, the units visited and presented 432 gifts with a total value of more than 104 million VND; coordinated career counseling for more than 1,900 soldiers who completed their service and returned to their localities in fields such as mechanics, welding, and auto repair; supported 5 cases participating in labor export to Japan; presented 2 start-up capital packages (total value of 70 million VND) to develop economic models at home.
At the same time, pay special attention to supporting demobilized youth with difficult family circumstances; provide guidance on transferring union activities in the locality; advise the Party Committee to supplement the union's planning resources for cases that ensure qualifications and capacity.

In addition, to effectively implement the movement "For friends joining the army", the Provincial Youth Union has guided all levels of the Youth Union on what to do in the process of participating in the selection and calling of citizens to join the army every year.
Focusing on educating patriotism and national pride for young union members, especially those preparing to perform military service; creating opportunities for young union members to learn about the Law on Military Service, the Party and State's policies and guidelines related to military rear work, thereby helping young union members see their obligations and responsibilities to the country.
From 2019 to present, the Youth Union at all levels has organized visits, encouraged and given gifts to more than 18,000 young people leaving for military service with a total cost of more than 3.8 billion VND.
