Responding to the “Month of Action against Drugs” and “National Day of Drug Prevention and Control” (June 26), on June 26, the Provincial Police Youth Union coordinated with units under the Department of Drug Crime Investigation and the Provincial Employment Service Center to organize a cultural exchange program, provide job counseling and disseminate legal information to more than 200 students of the Provincial Drug Rehabilitation Center.

Trainees were informed about the law on drug addiction treatment and post-rehabilitation management; policies to support trainees after rehabilitation; and the rights and obligations of trainees when returning to their localities. The Provincial Employment Service Center also shared about career trends, vocational training and employment opportunities for trainees after completing rehabilitation. The cultural exchange program with musical pieces about family, homeland, youth, etc. aimed to spread a close and warm atmosphere, contributing to encouraging the spirit and giving more confidence to trainees in their journey to quit drugs and reintegrate into the community.
